How long until my order ships?

All orders ship out via USPS Priority Mail in 3-5 business days from the purchase date. Priority Mail typically takes 2-4 days, but sometimes longer depending on location and possible delays. You will receive an email including tracking information upon shipment. 

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Since items are personalized especially for you, returns or refunds are only accepted in the rare event of a defect in the item itself, or an error made on my part with regard to the item ordered.

If there is a problem with your item, please contact me so that I can correct it. I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Returns and refunds will not be issued in the event you did not receive your item in time for a deadline or event. All orders are always shipped within the stated time-frame, however, I cannot be responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service.

What if my order is a gift?

All items are tied with coordinating ribbon and wrapped neatly in tissue paper. Personalized cards are available at no cost for gift-giving. If the item is a gift being sent to the recipient, please be sure to add a message for the card that is included.

What if my baby's name is too long for the personalization box?

There is an allowable character limit in the personalization box for each item. I can usually accommodate longer names, but they will need to be pre-approved to ensure its feasibility. Please contact me prior to ordering.

What are the care instructions?

Please follow the care label included on your item. All items are machine wash and dry.
