Refund policy

Since items are personalized especially for you, returns or refunds are only accepted in the rare event of a defect in the item itself, or an error made on my part with regard to the item ordered.

If there is a problem with your item, please contact me at orders@tinysunshine.com so that I can correct it. I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Returns and refunds will not be issued in the event you did not receive your item in time for a deadline or event. All orders are always shipped within the stated time-frame, however, I cannot be responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service.
